SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier. These times are estimates and may vary.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship within the United States. Availability may vary by region and is subject to availability.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Lost or delayed packages. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. If a package appears lost, contact us at contact@sylene.co and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve it.

Carrier disclaimer. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help where we can.

Incorrect address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
