Guarantee & return window. If you don't feel the difference, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return or refund. Email contact@sylene.co with your order number and the reason. We'll provide instructions and, where applicable, the return address: OMNISCALE LAB LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Condition. Where a physical return is requested, items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, some opened consumable items may not be eligible for physical return, but remain covered by the money-back guarantee, according to applicable law.

Refund process. Once your request is received and reviewed, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within a reasonable time with photos where possible, and we'll work to resolve it.

Lost shipments. If a return shipment is lost in transit, we may require proof of shipment to process your request.
